According to KULETngIRC, the one who uploaded the video on November 6, 2011, this footage was gotten from his friend's phone. This friend told KULETngIRC that this occurred in Basilan island in Southern Philippines.
He said that Abu Sayyaf held hostage civilians and cut their heads one by one with hands hogtied on the back.
KULETngIRC says he uploaded this video for the purpose of letting the world know how brutal Abu Sayyaf in doing acts with the impunity: beading persons without even any sign of remorse.
They did the beheading while laughing and singing and--the worst of all--INVOKING ALLAH'S NAME!
Definitely, BEHEADING CIVILIANS WHILE PRAYING "GOD IS GREAT" WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN BY ALLAH!

The sad fact is that while logic says that Abu Sayyaf criminals are NOT MUSLIMS for doing acts contrary to what Allah wants the people to do, a natural tendency to be sweeping in expressing anger cannot be avoided generally from Christians.
I am appealing to all Christians and other non-Muslims in religion to please understand that among Christians and non-Muslims there are bastards who could be more evil than these acts of Abu Sayyaf.
