The Jury System is the basic device in justice that will send all crime offenders and grafters to jail that can substantially minimize government corruption in the Philippines. It is also the formula to unite the Filipino people regardless of religious and political affiliation just like the American people in the U.S. have been doing for over 200 years now.
Should, in the future, you aspire and decide to run for the presidency, and you have already put in place the jury system, you can be assured that you will be the best and highest choice of the people to that position and your administration would become the cleanest, most honest, and efficient government they will have and will become a model for all countries in Asia.
Why is the Jury System very highly effective in combatting government corruption? Answer: Because the people in the private sector, individually and collectively, will become the EYES and EARS, in your behalf, in watching every public official all around the entire country. They will serve as the WARM BLOODED SENTINEL over every public official. You will not even need to tell them to act because the GRAND JURIES, as well as TRIAL JURIES, will automatically be encouraged to do their jobs under the general supervision of judges but the judges will have no participation in making their respective decisions.
