Some Facebook walls caught attention December 2, 2011 with a 14:25-minute video uploaded showing a man brutally battering a young girl.
The video was apparently uploaded about 9:14 a.m. of Dec. 2, 2011 to a Facebook wall account named "PO2 NEIL DE GUZMAN," identifying this man as a policeman.

The same video and some copies of it have been shared a couple of hundreds as of this writing.

The conversation seems not so clear but it was very apparent that the man was maltreating the girl.
Actually, the same copy of the video was said to have been uploaded to Youtube but was said to have been deleted later.
In her comment on the thread, the first in her post on the "ABS-CBN's eXklusibong, eXplosibong, eXpose'", FB account name "Pearl Maxion Navarro" said that the Youtube post was said to have these comments posted:
"(PO2 NEIL DE GUZMAN 150572
If this comment on Youtube is true, then it is despicable for this policeman with badge no. 150572 to stay as a cop: Imagine him being self-confessed pimp, coddler of prostitutes and abusive.
While the identities of the characters in the video are not ascertained, the same shows the abnormality of a man in manhandling the girl.
Whether this man is indeed a cop named "PO2 Neil De Guzman," he must suffer a life time in jail.
