Got a subpoena to answer Napoles libel
I received yesterday a copy of the Subpoena of the Office of the City Prosecutor of Taguig requiring me to file my Counter-Affidavit against the Complaint-Affidavit for libel of Janet Lim-Napoles.
I am just blogging and not publishing in newspapers, but I am the only blogger--and the only lawyer--so charged.
Napoles complained of my blog about her daughter Jeany Lim Napoles' extraordinarily lavish lifestyles wearing a set of apparels worth at least P1 million in one seating.
